Training Specialist - Education

Responsibilities: Training school administrators and teachers:     Implementation of internet-delivered reading curriculum & assessment     Content delivered through technology     Using system generated reports Providing customer support and assistance and troubleshooting problems Coordinating and scheduling training dates and times Administering course evaluations Assisting in the revision and update of training manuals Assessing needs for future training

 

Qualifications: Adult training experiencing in either a corporate or educational environment, computer-based training a plus Dynamic presenter with superior communication skills Strong background in literacy and best practices reading instruction Basic instructional skills Skilled in writing reading curriculum with excellent design and development skills Experienced in technology and presentation media Flexibility with changes in travel plans, training schedules, and other unforeseen challenges Able to be a team player- flexible and prepared to assist as needed in anything Extremely organized Project a professional and positive image Strong computer skills Willing to undertake, learn about and master what you do not know Goal-oriented professional with strong work ethic

 

Required: Bachelor's degree required- Education related preferred Training highlights and/or portfolio required as part of the application process
