UI Software Support Engineer
RightStaff Inc., a staffing firm located in Dallas, TX, is currently seeking a Senior UI Support Engineer for one of our clients in the Addisonarea.
On a day to day basis the candidate will:
Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of voice calls and date requires evaluation of identifiable factors, interacting with various platforms, teams and vendors. Demonstrate good judgment in selection methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.Perform approved enhancements. Design, and develop tools for monitoring and troubleshooting applications. Implement Incident management process.Investigate and determine root cause and fix root cause. Manage and resolve work ticketsManage communication and notifications to internal and external users/customers where applicable.Provide on-call support.
In order to qualify for this role, the candidate must possess:
3+ Years experience in J2EE, Oracle, WEbLogic, JBoss, SOAP, XML, Web Services, VOIP/SIP,Media Services, Media Gateways, SIP Proxy Servers, IAD's
