This opportunity will start on a contract and will go perm. SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Duties include (but are not limited to): Lead the creative process in designing dynamic, innovative and intuitive interfaces for the Emportal enterprise product. Provide wireframes, page mockups (image and HTML), and prototypes of the interface for consideration and implementation. Work with the rest of the engineering team, product management, and senior management to gather and interpret requirements and produce concepts for consideration. Research technology and tools relevant to improving the user experience of the application. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS HTML Solid knowledge of graphics and associated tools (Photoshop, Illustrator etc) Advanced  knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets Javascript (understanding) Knowledge of Microsoft software development tools Familiarity with business applications delivered through a browser is desired. The candidate will have at least 4 years experience in this or a related field and should be prepared to present and discuss their portfolio work.
