User Experience and Interaction Designer

Position Overview

Our client is growing and is looking for a full time Interaction/UI Designer to join their team.

 

Our client helps millions of people around the world stay connected with friends, family and colleagues. Their service brings people all their connections’ content and updates in one place. They are backed by leading investors.

 

Qualifications

v  must have a minimum of three years experience in user experience and visual design of high-traffic Web sites

v  must have a passion for clean design

v  must have experience with user-centered design and Web 2.0/social sites (like Flickr, YouTube and Facebook)

v  must have ability to integrate Web standards, usability principles and scalability into designs

v  must have strong experience designing user interfaces and producing pixel-perfect mock-ups

v  must have a great portfolio and strong self-motivation

 

Responsibilities

v  will be responsible for creating elegant user interfaces that will enhance the user experience and usage of our site. This includes the look-and-feel, information flow, and visual design that meet the needs of target customers including people who are less familiar with Web 2.0 sites.
