Check us out at www.regonline.com/jobs Job Summary: Work with the development team, usability analyst, and business owners to analyze, create and be accountable for the user interaction model, workflows, information architecture, prototypes, guidelines, and designs for user interfaces at RegOnline.Job Qualifications: . • Exceptional web design skills • Mastery of CSS and HTML • Ability to understand complicated business and user requirements and create elegant, simple design solutions for them. • Passion for user experience • Ability to multi-task • Excellent communication skills • Knowledge of web-related best practices and issues relevant to information architecture and/or user-centered design processes. • Experience analyzing user workflow and use cases • Experience developing interface design documentation • Experience creating high performance images, CSS and html for high traffic sitesEssential Duties/Responsibilities: • Design / prototype interface solutions for various aspects of the RegOnline web application • Responsible for analysis and reporting on use trends • Use usage data to drive and support interface designs • Evaluate and propose simplified solutions to complicated user workflows • Work with usability analyst to plan and implement usability studies • Provide finished html, images, CSS to developers for functional implementation • Track trends, investigate new technologies and make recommendations to enhance the delivery of electronic information. • Collaborate with development, technical support and other departments as part of the application design process. • Develop web authoring standards and usability requirements for web applications development. • Apply web technologies to enhance the user experience.Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: • Excellent communication skills. • Extremely organized. • Dedication to customer-centered service model. • Project management skills. • Conceptual ability for applying technology to the human interface.Work Environment: • Business office environment • 80% of time working on a computer • Some travelDon't let this great opportunity to work with a dynamic and energetic group of individuals pass you by, please apply now!
