Interact Medical is seeking a senior sales professional with successful experience in selling eLearning and electronic media marketing projects to large companies. Join our high-performance team in an environment that is collaborative, creative, and customer-centric. The right candidate may work from a home-office or from our Utah facility. You will be responsible for sales, account development and revenue growth, with uncapped earnings potential. Compensation includes a substantial base plus commissions. You must demonstrate enthusiasm and high cognitive ability in consultative selling techniques.

High level of business acumen and multimedia expertise.
Timely and accurate revenue forecasting.
Cooperate constructively with a highly skilled production and technical team.
Because our sales cycle includes significant phone and email campaigns, as well as direct presentations, you must be enthusiastic and adept at these methods.
Qualifications2-5 years consultative B-to-B sales experience and strong accomplishments in selling eLearning and multimedia. Experience with the biotech sectors is a plus.
Experience selling service projects and contracts in the $20,000 to $250,000+ range.
Candidates should be able to quickly acquire, apply and articulate comprehensive knowledge of multimedia training for biotech.
Excellent skills in oral and written communications.
Must have a minimum of 12 months in current position
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in a business related field, life sciences knowledge a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive personality.
Able to develop strong relationships at the senior executive and C levels.
Strong business case development and closing skills.
Leadership in managing sales cycles, negotiating and closing large, customized deals.
