Vice Presdent/National Director of Medical Software Sales

VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES:

This person will execute sales plans and strategies to drive product launches and exceed sales goals.  The selected candidate will develop and lead a strong, aggressive sales team to succeed in a challenging and competitive market. 

 

Cincinnati, Ohio is the preferred location for this individual, but will consider other locations near major airports for well-qualified candidates. Travel is required.

 

A candidate profile for the position of VP/National Director of Sales follows:

 

·         Professional experience should include at least 5 years of healthcare IT experience, selling into the Managed Care Organization (MCO) or Health and Human Services (HHS) markets.  The individual should have a solid understanding of the issues facing healthcare payers and the operations and functional requirements of specific departments.

 

·         Key to success is the ability to identify and cultivate clients, develop proposals, close business on medium to large projects.·         Broad and current knowledge of the healthcare and payer industry space is required.
