Vice President FP&A

 

Location: Atlanta, GA

 

 

· Business partner to CDC Software’s CEO and CFO.

· Work closely with the executive leadership team on strategic operating issues, long-term strategies and profit goals through the development and implementation of financial and strategic planning

· Develop and refine the companies: forecasting, quarterly and monthly performance reviews, annual budget, and  investment analysis

· Develop, implement and complete key financial reports for all levels of management.  Providing information that is thought provoking and is influential to near and long term decision making.

· Lead in the Development of financial models and metrics to measure performance for company sales channels that accurately predict business performance and highlight key issues for senior management

· Develop value added cross functional partnerships to leverage knowledge and best practices while maintaining a independent perspective

· Provide ad hoc analytical support and ROI analyses to influence decision making with financial perspective 

· Develop detailed cash forecasting models and cash reporting procedures

· Manage banking relationships and develop optimal cash management systems/procedures

 

 

Qualifications:

 

· Minimum of 7years experience in the Software or High Tech industry

· Proven experience budgeting, planning, forecasting, closing and reconciling operating expenditures for a minimum of a $200mill multi-national Company.

· Proven analytical ability and creative problem solving skills

· Must be data oriented and have proven ability to interpret and synthesize data, making recommendations to drive business decisions

· Possess strong drive and  positive, can do attitude

· Superior leadership and team development skills

· Proven ability to develop effective business partner relationships

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to interact with various management levels

· Strong organizational skills reflecting prioritization with a sense of urgency 

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with an MBA a plus
