Visual Basic/SQL Server Developer

Our client, one of the fastest growing companies in St. Louis, is looking for solid Visual Basic and SQL Server 2000 developers with experience working in a product development environment.  They will be working on a combination of new product development, enhancements and support to an existing suite of software products.  

Our client is a service company based on technology. They count some of the most prestigious organizations in the nation as clients, and have never lost a client to a competitor.  That fact is important because everything they do revolves around the folks who use the products.  Being able to remember that is key.

 Experience and Skills Required

At least 3+ years of programming experience in a product development environment

Programming proficiency in Visual Basic 6 and familiarity with ADO

Experience in database design and development using MS SQL Server 2000

Proficiency with Crystal Reports is helpful but not required.

Working knowledge of VB.Net, ASP.Net, Ajax, VBScript, and JavaScript a plus.

Creativity, problem solving skills and a detail oriented approach to programming

BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
