Web Content Developer

 Plans, conducts, and coordinates software developmentactivities. Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs softwarethat contains logical and mathematical solutions to business/missionproblems or questions in computer language for solutions by means ofdata processing equipment. Applies the appropriate standards,processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle.Applies knowledge of computer hardware and software, subject matter tobe programmed in business/mission applications, information processingtechniques used, and information gathered from system users to developsoftware. Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions,compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes systemcapabilities to resolve questions of program intent, outputrequirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, andcontrols. Ensures software standards are met.   Specific: Candidate must have experience in developing web applications in JSPand Portal environment. Must be able to define overall look and feel ofPortal System.   Required skills:  Javascript, HTML, CSS   Desired skills:  JavaScript, RSS, XHTML, JSP, CGI, Dreamweaver, Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop.
