If so then we would like you to be part of our team at AeriaGames ... just check to make sure that you can do the following things:PROFICIENT with CSS, XHTML, and Javascript to create feature rich and user friendly web interface designs.WORK closely with our development team to maintain/enhance/create the different areas of our multiple websites.EXPERT using Photoshop and Illustrator to create appealing web/print designs.HAVE experience with cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.WILLING to learn new methods and technologies to further your abilities and efficiency.ENJOY stepping into different roles to complete projects.COMMUNICATE effectively in the verbal, written, and visual mediums.DRIVEN to make an impact.

Extra consideration will be given to those who also have any of the following cool things:A Degree in Visual Design or Front-End EngineeringPHP Experience of at least an intermediate level.Has used Mootools to create DHTML features.Flash and Action Scripting (particularly AS3) abilities.Has a really really cool portfolio!
