 RESPONSIBILITIES     Writing server-side templates in TEA (similar to PHP) Writing XHTML Writing JavaScript  Writing CSS  Planning and deploying CMS structures Debugging and general code optimization    QUALIFICATIONS Must Have Ø BA/BS degree or equivalent (BA/BS in computer science or related field strongly preferred).Ø 3+ years experience working on high-profile, high-traffic, and cross-platform web development experienceØ Technically proficient in the following:§ XHTML§ CSS§ JavaScriptØ Applicants must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and with multiple stakeholders in a deadline driven environment.Ø Experience working in geographically separated projects and teams Ø Proven ability to work with and provide leadership to all members of a diverse project teamØ Experience drafting requirements and functional specificationsØ Superior technical, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing technology and trends.
