 Design and implementation of J2EE-based application code using Struts framework with the JBoss application serverDevelop code according to design specifications while meeting tight deadlines Troubleshoot and fix defectsCommunicate design and implementation issues and options with managementWork effectively and cohesively with team members

 Requirements

 3+ years of Java/J2EE web development experience in a commercial development environment using servlets, JSPs, JDBC.1 year with web development languages (HTML, JavaScript, XHTML, CCS)Experience with XML, XSLT, AntStrong object-oriented experienceProduces clean and accurate code, according to set coding conventions and objectives1 year SQL experience with any leading RDBMSExperience in both Windows and Linux environmentsBachelor’s degree requiredExcellent problem solving and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentGood knowledge of JBoss application server and exposure to an iterative development processKnowledge of Flash Action Script, E-commerce and ASP.Net strongly preferred.Experience with Enterprise Content Management Systems is a plus
