Web Developer- Siebel Expert

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85016 Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Expected Duration: 10+ to 15 Years Pay Rate: 60.00 - 70.00 USD /year Siebel Technical Lead Expert: Skills equiv. to 11+ yrs in comparable position or obtained specialized certificate, thus skill level considered highly specialized Description:This individual will provide technical directions for Siebel CRM design, development, and implementation activities. The individual will provide technical leadership in the quality and delivery of technical commitments on schedule, within prescribed resource limits in accordance with business requirements and department standards. Responsibilities  Lead offshore and onshore resource through technical development activities.  Solve technical problems quickly and completely.  Participate in all phases of the IT Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and provide technical leadership for other application developers on all system development activities.  Provide expert knowledge of cross-functional business processes and the Out-of-the Box functionalities of the Siebel systems.  Require modest management direction and handle extremely complex problems.  Consult, recommend alternatives to help set strategic application direction related to technical process changes.  Lead the technical application architecture and system integration tasks.  Communicate essential information in a timely manner and provide time estimates and status for project tasks.  Guide, mentor and motivate project team members to think more broadly related to identifying the best technical solutions. Qualifications  A minimum of 10 years of experience in developing system applications to solve business problems and 5+ years of hands-on experience with large/enterprise Siebel applications are required.  Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS preferred or relevant work experience in business system applications or related field.  Knowledge of Server clustering desirable  Candidates must have strong development skills and experience in all phases of the systems development life cycle  Candidates must be proficient in Siebel 7.8 or higher (Siebel 8 is a plus) and have hands-on working experience in the following areas: o Configuration/Customization using Siebel Tools o User Interface o VBC (Virtual Business Components) o EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) o Workflow o Assignment Manager o eScript o Business Services o EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager) o Oracle RDBMS  In addition, candidates must also have a good understanding of overall Siebel administrative functionalities and have experience with Oracle databases and System Integration.
