Job Responsibilities: Web Marketing and SEO Specialist Summary Description: As the Web Marketing Specialist, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, you will play a key role in the success of the online marketing strategy for Redwood Software. This is an exciting opportunity for you to own the search engine marketing and community efforts for a growing company and market leader in Business Process and Document Process Automation solutions. We are looking for a smart, proactive self-starter, with at least 2 years of experience and the desire to grow, who learns and executes quickly, and plays well both as an individual and as a member of a team to complete goals.Redwood maintains a start-up feel as it continues to grow. Our work environment is fast-paced and our employees are smart, technically skilled, creative, ambitious, professional and fun.Overview of Responsibilities: Develop and execute an online customer acquisition plan designed to maximize site traffic and sales demand Maximize paid and natural search traffic, while meeting cost per acquisition targets Create and maintain a viable off-page optimization campaign that will improve link building for targeted keywords Track and measure online advertising programs; design test strategies to optimize results Work with the web development and design team to update and optimize the Redwood website for Search Engine Optimization and maximum marketing impact Primary Tasks: Use Google Analytics to monitor, measure and optimize website performance Use Google Adwords to provide cost-effective and measurable advertising campaigns Understand visitor behavior on site. Respond with solutions to improve traffic flow to key campaigns As part of the Corporate Marketing team create new web and email optimization campaigns to increase awareness and generate leads Maximize web-based forms and landing pages to further sales and marketing efforts Maintain and analyze marketing metrics, including ROI on campaigns and effectiveness of response Manage the logistics of Marketing Webinars using Webex Experience & Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a field with some analytical component such as marketing, economics, statistics, computer science, math, etc.) 2-4 years of related experience in online marketing and search engine optimization Strong experience in Google Analytics and Google Adwords Strong experience in HTML (meta-tags, optimization of web pages, email and form design) Experience working with Siebel Upshot marketing module is preferred (to set up web-based marketing campaigns) Experience building and/or contributing to Online Communities preferred (blogs, wikis, forums, social networking sites, etc.) Experience using a website optimization platform preferred Additional Information Location: Morrisville, NC 27560 Status: Full Time, Employee Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Reference Code: Web Marketing and SEO Specialist Job Category: Marketing/Product Salary/Wage: Generous Compensation Available Relevant Work Experience: 2+ to 5 Years Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Contact: Redwood Software Apply Online View all "Redwood International Business Group" jobs
