Web Site Manager* College Station

Reynolds and Reynolds is the industry leader of automobile dealership IT solutions.  Our powerful systems run software designed by our programming department exclusively for the business side of automobile dealerships.  We are currently seeking applicants for an exciting Web Site Manager!

 

In this position, you will work directly with customers to create and maintain “specials” pages (coupons, pricing discounts, vehicle specials) on dealer web sites.  Responsibilities include customer contact to coordinate design, functionality, expiration dates of coupons and special pricing offers.  Also, you are responsible for management and tracking of customer specials data as well as quality assurance testing for Premium and Super Premium Themes prior to all website software deployments.  Duties will include monthly customer website analysis to verify content and accuracy, and management of/participation in special projects.

 

You will be the ‘go to’ person on the team, who will create relationships with key customer contacts through E-mail and phone communications.  You will assist in coordinating efforts of the team and help increase the customer base by providing the best customer service in the industry.

 

Training:

The training process includes classes and on-the-job training in web site build process, customer service and basic web design

 

 Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of windows-based software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet Explorer

• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and mange customer expectations

• Good communication skills

• Detail oriented

• Ability to learn quickly

• Work well under pressure
