The Web UI developer reports to Engineering and works closely with other internal stakeholders including Product Management, Sales and Marketing.

Job Location

Downtown, San Francisco

 

Essential Duties and Qualifications:

1. We are in the middle of an aggressive push to create several new products to complement our very successful suite of Web-based applications.

2. We are looking for a Web developer who is an expert in AJAX, JSON, jQuery and related technologies.

3. The successful candidate for this position will design and implement a UI components architecture for a number of new Web-based products, focusing on client-side technologies and coming up with inventive solutions to challenges regarding performance, scalability, usability, etc.

4. Candidate will completely overhaul our front-end architecture from the ground up, utilizing the latest technologies the Web has to offer.

5. Build a fast, dynamic interface for our rapidly growing set of Web applications

6. Work with a small, collaborative team to implement a full Web 2.0 product.

7. Implement interfaces as we add functionality and create dynamic pages for the client side of a suite of innovative applications (this is not a design position).

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years strong Web development experience using

· HTML, CSS, AJAX, JSON

· jQuery, Prototype, YUI or related technologies

2. Object oriented programming

3. BS Computer Science or equivalent

4. Good communication skills
