Wireless Product Manager
Job Description:
The Wireless Product Manager will be responsible for the following: drive the strategy, development, and execution of Keynote's Wireless Performance products to meet revenue objectives and shared goals evangelize Keynote's market position in the emerging Wireless space and generate growth in both sales and profit margins work closely with customers and with many cross-functional teams actively interfacing and collaborating with sales, engineering, marketing and operations to determine internal and external requirements manage the future development of the company's enterprise level products. establish and drive product direction, strategy, and value proposition for enterprise-level wireless performance and network solutions throughout the product lifecycle evangelize the wireless performance monitoring and testing space by developing relationships with carriers and enterprises worldwide participate in M&A activity via market and technical evaluations support sales efforts by being the technical product expert; products and develop/implement customer and field-ready core content, key press/analyst messages, collateral and programs that are aligned with the corporate mission and support objectives for revenue increases across large and medium business segments prioritize product features and interface requirements with engineering and operations teams to drive products to timely release. work with sales and customers to gather and analyze requirements for enterprise level solutions and write MRDs and PRDs partner with marketing program teams to help define and execute strategic and tactical marketing programs provide training and ongoing support to sales team and to the technical support team; interact with customers to answer product and positioning questions and to assist in closing deals; maintain in-depth understanding of market and industry movements and conditions; and write competitive briefs and equip sales force with competitive intelligence.
Required Skills and Experience: must have Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Marketing must have proficiency in full life-cycle management of product and service solutions P&L focused with competency in business analysis, project management, consulting, and client management creative and forward thinking with strong marketing and public relations skills solid knowledge, both market and technical, of wireless enterprise solutions, networking and the Internet experience working with IT and Operations enterprise customers (organizations of 2000 or more) exceptional ability to communicate recommendations and influence change based on market and customer research findings ability to work comfortably and effectively with senior level executives both internally and externally
