WorkFlowGen Developer

POSITION PURPOSE:

 

The WorkflowGen Developer is responsible for the support and maintenance of process related tools and reporting. This position reviews process documentation created by the WorkflowGen Manager, and creates automated systems to improve and report on those processes where applicable. The process reporting and analysis completed by the WorkflowGen Developer will support efficient and proper utilization of company resources, as well as the processes themselves.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

· Provide weekly reports on various process tools and their usage

· Provide all departments with automated process tools where possible

· Provide documentation on automated processes upon completion

· Communicate with Education and Marketing to create help files and any other documentation related to the use of these automated tools

· Provide periodic reports on resource utilization and their ability to meet time lines

· Maintain a professional appearance and attitude

· Remain informed of company and departmental policies

· Other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

· High degree of self-motivation

· High degree of professionalism

· Web programming experience required (HTML, CSS, ASP.net, C# preferred)

· Some experience with Visual Studio preferred

· Some experience with MS SQL preferred

· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio

· Previous experience as a CWIE employee preferred

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills

· Proven team player

· Ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees/management

· Demonstrated ability to handle high levels of stress

· Strong troubleshooting and research skills required

This position is exempt, starting at 32k/year DOE.
