Litigation Support and Electronic Discovery involve the management of litigation cases through technology, primarily the organization of electonic documents into searchable databases for review and production.  The goal is the delivery of just the right amount of information for our clients to use.

Litigation Support Specialists provide day-to-day support on projects as assigned by Senior staff. Individuals will focus on learning the fundamentals of Data Services and Hosting Services activities, developing an understanding of our proprietary  software products as well as learning the basics of the eDiscovery industry.

Essential ResponsiblitiesAssist in execution of project plans, ensuring client requirements are met in a timely manner.Searching and organizing data within DocuMatrix.Create Service and Production Requests for all stages of the data life cycle.Participate in client status calls.Prepare reports and status updates as required.Complete all training activities/programs.

Qualifications

 Solid verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to follow complex instructions. Strong understanding of databases. Working knowledge of database applications. Attention to detail. Good time management skills. Intellectual curiosity. Able to work in fast-paced, challenging, computer-intensive environment.  Willingness to be on call on nights and weekends.



Education and Experience4 year college degree.Minimum 1-2 year's work experience.An understanding of litigation support and document review processes is a plus, but not necessary.
