Duties include:- Adding features to telephony middleware library- Extending and maintaining the IPC interface between the baseband and application processor- Debugging failures during field, interoperability, and type approval testingRequired Experience:• BS or MS in EE/CS• Experience developing in embedded system environments.• At least 3 years experience in C and C++ coding skills in a RTOS environment• Solid understanding of multi-threaded programming and synchronization• Excellent debugging skills• Broad experience in overall system design and implementation Preferred Experience:• Knowledge of cellular standards is a huge plus• Experience designing for low power hand-held units• Familiarity with overall architecture of consumer electronics• Experience with any of the follow: security, connectivity, power consumption, wireless, multimedia, etc.• Solid understanding of hardware platforms Perk #56: New ways to stretch your mind.
