You will ensure your team builds a market leading product while always enhancing our software architecture and maintaining high quality. You will also ensure that your team is highly productive. You will champion the Agile/Scrum development methodology and be a passionate scrum master for the cross-functional Messaging scrum team. You will be active in the design of the Messaging features and stay abreast of industry trends. Required Skills/Experience: * 5+ years of software development management experience. * 8+ years of software development experience as a individual contributor. * A proven track record of delivering innovative products on tight schedules. * Strong knowledge and experience in object oriented design (especially with Java), database, and web programming. * Ability to establish credibility with smart developers quickly. * A proven track record of building and improving a motivated and productive development team * Possesses excellent communication both verbal and written. * BS degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent. * Knowledge and experience in Email/Messaging technology, services, protocols and RFCs Desired Skills: * Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology * Certified Scrum Master (CSM) * Knowledge of other Messaging services and technology (e.g., SMS, MMS, Instant Messaging products, etc.) * Active member in Messaging/Email working groups, forums, etc Please apply to salesforce.com: http://www.salesforce.com/company/careers/locations/a0800000000Ab4aAAC/a017000000BpEOsAAN.jsp
