EAs are responsible for conducting high-level conversations with C-Level Executives and System Administrators about their business objectives and craft training solutions that help drive the results. In addition, successful EAs are able to thrive in a fast-paced sales culture and must be highly motivated and tenacious self-starters. A key to success in this role is establishing good relationships with field sales personnel. Our goal is to promote the value that our education offerings can bring to our clients – both to our own sales/services force, and to customers/prospects. Responsibilities: Effectively achieve/exceed an annual sales quota; Successfully create new education sales opportunities by working closely with field sales teams; Teach account reps how to position and scope standard education services for technical and end user audiences; Scope custom deals and write the accompanying SOWs; Create enablement programs for other internal sales channels such as telesales and customer support; Assist in the creation and internal promotion of education packages that meet customer needs effectively; Act as an internal/external spokesperson for the value of the education solutions we provide.Required Skills/Experience: Bachelor's Degree 2 to 5 years of previous experience selling software, education or consulting services; Enterprise/field account selling experience strongly preferredEmployees at salesforce.com consider their experience as defining points in their careers.
