Activities will include but not be limited to data segmentation, validation, and augmentation; de-duplicating existing leads and contacts in the salesforce.com database; and acquiring new names to be used in outbound email and direct mail campaigns. Responsibilities: Augment current lead and contact data with additional information to be used in segmentation (email address, industry, job level, and job function) Lead data acquisition and validation strategy and execution with 3rd party data sources Utilize data warehouse segmentation tools to conduct advanced segmentation on leads and contacts based on target criteria Execute list pulls for all email and direct marketing campaigns in North America Execute data quality tasks relative to merging duplicate lead and contact records and appending contact records. Identify opportunities to improve business processes that impact lead and contact data quality. Contribute to and adopt data quality best practices in alignment other functional organizations. Maintain lead and contact data quality process documentation. Monitor response rates, bounce rates and unsubscribe rates on all e-campaigns – make recommendations for data usage and management.Required Skills/Experience: Bachelors degree preferred. 3+ years experience with data quality, customer service, telemarketing, order management, collections and/or data entry experience. Familiarity with CRM, segmentation, data management, data measurements, and/or statistical analysis is a plus. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, problem-solve, and produce results. Solid computer skills required (e.g. Excel, MS Access, SQL queries, Business Objects or other BI application, Powerpoint, Outlook). Strong customer service focus, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail and accuracy.
