Location: US-CA-San Francisco Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Sales/Retail/Business Development Description: As the result of a recent promotion, we have an opportunity for a Manager of Sales Operations for the Americas, which includes the US, Canada and Latin America. This position would manage a large group of employees, who interface with sales and with customers and are responsible for back office support during the sales process. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned manager who works effectively with sales teams and provides an optimal experience for our customers. Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and order management experience are required. Responsibilities: Manager team responsible for Americas (US, Canada, Latin America) order management including subscription services, professional services administration, attrition, revenue adjustments, and document management. Develop, implement, and improve processes to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance while enhancing customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity. Advise senior sales management in contract negotiations regarding pricing and special terms. Champion process and system improvements. Respond to inquiries regarding status of orders and resolve customer order difficulties.Required Skills/Experience: Bachelors degree, or equivalent. CPA or MBA preferred. 4+ years public company management experience in sales, sales administration, or order management with a minimum of 10 employees. In-depth knowledge of revenue recognition principles and practical application in an order management environment. Proven ability to drive positive change cross-functionally.
