Location: US-CA-San Francisco Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Creative/Design Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Description: Salesforce.com, Inc. is looking to hire an outstanding Process Designer / Re-Engineer with a passion for process analysis, design and improvement. Our ideal candidate must have led multiple process improvement initiatives, and be capable of showing responsibility for all process improvement phases from business issue definition through to solution implementation. The job will report to the Director of Technology Audit and Compliance. Because of our innovative and entrepreneurial culture, we confront novel process issues relating to our cutting-edge on-demand application service technologies and our “software-as-a-service” and ‘platform and a service” business models. We support all aspects of the companies operations and aim to provide a superior process management and compliance service to all departments throughout the company in a very fast-paced and consistently changing environment, as a result, we are very careful about who we hire. To be successful in this role you must be a well-rounded top performer who can be a key contributor in a high-energy growth environment, your resume should indicate that you are a top academic performer with a wide variety of extracurricular interests and the desire to excel in everything you do. Responsibilities: Work with function heads and be accountable for determining areas of process optimization, deconstruct business issues, develop and deploy process solutions that have a positive impact on business performance. Provide content and thought leadership that push the envelope on process solutions with a particular bias to technology led innovation and operational excellence. Balance a portfolio of projects across functions and geographies. Drive process improvement via leveraging the SFDC platform. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Required Skills/Experience: Bachelors degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science or a technology related field. 3-5 years experience within a software or datacenter environment. 3-5 years experience and proven success in process improvement within a technology environment. Advanced knowledge of business improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean etc and the ability to pragmatically apply these in a software / service environment. Strong analytical and research skills. Demonstrated ability to interact and serve the needs of internal customers. Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple levels and functions.
