Responsibilities: Required Skills/Experience: * 3+ years of software development management experience. * 5+ years of software development experience as an individual contributor. * A proven track record of delivering innovative products on tight schedules. * Strong knowledge and experience in object oriented design (especially with Java), database, and web programming. * Experience in building web based Report/Analytics/Business Intelligence solutions. * Ability to establish credibility with smart developers quickly. * A proven track record of building and improving a motivated and productive development team * Possesses excellent communication both verbal and written. * BS degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent.
