 Responsibilities:Manage all areas of accounting operations, including monthly and quarterly close processes, AP/AR/GL, international and consolidations,  collections, cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, and risk managementControl and audit international accounting operations in the Asia PacificTake a leadership role in establishing international operating procedures and business controls that match the growth and complexity of the companyEnsure that the financials are accurate and reporting is timely thus providing management with the best information possible to grow the business.Prepare and manage cost center budgets utilizing budgeting process to aggressively manage new hire and travel costs; and distribute a meaningful forecast vs. actual spend report and air travel costs, to cost managers each month.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Financial Management, MBA or CPA strongly preferred. A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in full cycle accounting areas Proven hands on experience in accounting areas including high volume AP/AR/GL  5+ years  management level experience; The experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution business is a plus  Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, problem solving and interpersonal skills are required.  Familiarity with spreadsheet, word processing and accounting software.Established success in management with demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate teams to reach objectives.  Bilingual in English and Mandarin or Cantonese is a must
