ALTERNATE PROJECT MANAGER - NEW MEXICO

Responsibilities include:

The necessary qualifications to supervise/inspect the work required under this contract effectively

The authority to speak for, act for and negotiate and sign modifications for all matters related to providing services under this contract

This delegation of authority includes, but is not limited to all matters concerning the day-to-day effective operation of sevices such as personnel supervision, training, purchasing, cost control and sanitation

The Facility Manager shall be on-call and available at all times when not on duty

Be on-site at the FLETC during normal work hours (i.e. 0700 to 1700 Monday through Friday)

During normal duty hours, the Facility Manager shall be available within 30 minutes notice to meet on the Center with Government personnel

 

Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Active security clearance preferred or able to obtain

Have a minimum of 2 years of consecutive employment and/or related experience in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years (in construction, maintenance, etc).

Certifications and licenses will be verified
