Job Title: Account Coordinator

Location: Norristown, PA

 

 At US Maintenance, we are committed to a higher standard of quality and service. We manage some of the largest national and super regional maintenance programs in the country; meeting all facility maintenance needs.  Our client list is a Who’s Who of the nation’s leading retailers and other multi-national corporations and we service more than 50,000 sites for them throughout the U.S. and Canada.

 

We manage our business through account teams that are dedicated to specific clients.  They select, schedule and manage certified vendors to deliver quality services at our client locations.

 

We have an excellent reputation in our industry and we are growing very rapidly.  As a result, we have a number of Account Coordinators opportunities available in our Norristown, PA office.All qualified candidates with strong customer service skills are encouraged to apply.  We have additional needs for candidates with technical trade experience in the areas of HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing.Candidates with those technical skills are also encouraged to apply.
 

Position Responsibilities

 

We are looking for candidates who like to take on significant responsibility for customer satisfaction and business profitability.  These positions coordinate vendor services and respond to customer service requests over the telephone and ensure that services provided meet client and company business requirements.  They are busy roles that are the key to US Maintenance’s success. 

 

Required Experience/Skills



· 2-3 years proven experience providing excellent customer service and client satisfaction

· Superior multi-tasking skills

· Confidence and good judgment to make sound decisions based on business needs

· Ability to prioritize in a fast paced work environment

· Solid organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Strong ability to pay attention to detail and engage in detailed follow-up in a high transaction business environment

· Driven for success

 

Desired Experience/Skills

· Hospitality, restaurant, or service industry experience is a plus.

· Technical trade experience such as HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing.

· Service industry supervisory or management experience preferred

· Associates or Bachelors degree  desirable.
