The primary responsibility will be to successfully sell Honeywell solutions, including products, services, and maintenance contracts to commercial accounts (schools, hospitals, office buildings, industrial facilities).As a sales professional you will be responsible for developing business plans and meeting overall financial objectives. Tasks and Responsibilities: Identify and communicate how Honeywell's service and maintenance offerings related to Security, HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) controls, fire and mechanical maintenance benefit our customer’s business objectives. Targeting and qualifying new potential service customers, achieve account management goals by calling on existing contract customers to ensure customer requirements are met. Utilize financial selling skills to influence key decision makers in the procurement process. Understand the full suite of Honeywell products and services and how those services can support your customer’s business objectivesBasic Qualifications: BS Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred but not required. MBA is a plus 3+ years of direct sales experience.Experience dealing with owners, consultants, and contractors related to HVAC controls, fire, security, mechanical, and electrical building systems. Ability to develop and execute customer account plans. Advanced oral and written communication skills.  Prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating and closing skills. Must have experience cold-calling new potential customers.Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background and drug screening investigation Responsible to deliver on annual quota.  If you are a dynamic, successful, driven professional, Honeywell is the company that will further your experience and career growth.
