Account Manager/Inside Sales

TruStile Doors has an immediate career opportunity for an Account Manager/Inside Sales. This mid-level position is the primary customer support agent.  Account Managers drive sales through exceptional service and product knowledge.  This is a high profile position that requires a passionate person with great attention to detail and follow through. This position reports directly to the Director of Customer Development.

 

Specific Duties:

 

· Fulfill quote and order requests within strict timelines

· Order entry

· Coordination of orders with customer to ensure timely release of order into production

· Customer follow up

· Prepare documents and project paperwork to release to operations

· Ensure complete information is handed off to operations

· Design validation

· Managing confirmations and submittals

· Responding to customer requests/questions

 

Requirements:

 

§  2-4 years experience in an inside sales or customer facing role (Strong preference for door and millwork experience)

§  Mandatory HS Diploma/GED. College degree preferred

§  Data entry skills and experience

§  Computer skills to include proficiency in Excel and Word

§  Strong interpersonal skills

§  Experience with Auto CAD, CAD or other drawing programs a plus
