About the Opportunity:

 

We are looking for a career-minded, growth-oriented individual to fill the role of Account Rep/Outside Sales for our Las Vegas, NV region. The work environment is fast-paced and high-energy. The successful candidate will work with people who are passionate about what they do and possess an unending commitment to excellence in all they do. In this position you will be the one who generates revenue by initiating the sales process, closing sales, expanding sales in existing accounts and contributing information to market strategy.

Qualifications:Closes sales by addressing customer concerns, demonstrates empathy, consistently moves the customer towards commitment.  Makes compelling presentations to a variety of audiences. Inspires others with drive and motivation to sell aggressively.  Easily adjusts the message to match the audience. Consistently identifies new sources of revenue.  Is adept at getting the attention and involvement of the most sophisticated and difficult audiences. Develops sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment. Track record of attaining challenging sales goals and managing accounts within a designated region.  Uses territory analysis to target top prospects and a high level of organizational skills. Able to demonstrate proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power point and Access) and comfortable using databases or online resources. Experience communicating status to clients, superiors, and peers Demonstrates persistence and strives to improve skills to achieve goals despite setbacks or obstacles High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Ability to travel up to 25% of time

Industry Specific Qualifications:

 

The ideal candidate should possess experience in the following construction related fields and possess industry knowledge and applicable skill sets related to the following:Construction sales, construction related service sales Experience calling on construction project site managers, contractors and sub-contractors Building (residential or commercial) related industry sales

Pay and Benefits:
