Accounts Payable Coordinator

Family owned pipe company located near the Astrodome has an immediate need for an experienced Accounts Payable person.  This person will be part of a team of 4-5 other accounting administrative professionals. 

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

 Minimum 2 years recent experience in computerized AP department, including voucher entry, and 3-way matching between invoice, PO and receiving.  Work includes high volume of vouchering.Accurate data entryTeam-playerComfortable with word processing and spreadsheet software.Good organizational, problem-solving and follow-up skillsPrepare Daily Bank DepositsFilingOther clerical duties as needed

 

Hours:  8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Overtime as needed
