JOB DESCRIPTION
Crisdel Group, Inc. has a full time position available for an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
· Management of paving crew including oversight of layout, placement and compaction of materials
· Coordinating material deliveries with suppliers and hauling vendors
· Utilizing electronic grade and slope controls
· Management of quality control inspection
· Preparation of daily work sheets
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified candidates should possess strong technical skills in asphalt paving and compaction operations, good communication skills and leadership ability. The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in construction of asphalt pavements and must have a valid driver’s license issued within the United States clear of multiple and/or major violations.
SALARY / BENEFITS
Crisdel Group, Inc. is offering a salary of up to $85,000.00 based on experience level and paid vacation in accordance with company policies. Additional compensation includes annual year-end bonuses based on performance management reviews and the ability to earn additional bonuses based on receipt of quality in construction awards presented by NAPA or NJAPA. Health care and retirement benefits are paid through a comprehensive union benefit program.
