Billing Coordinator

The Westchester branch of ThyssenKrupp Elevator, located in Elmsford, NY, is seeking an experienced Billing Coordinator. Responsible for timely & accurate billing, processing AP invoices & service time tickets.  Will also perform administrative tasks including answering phones, filing, typing correspondence, preparing reports, and other duties as assigned.



Minimum education requirement includes a high school diploma or equivalent.  Must have at least two years billing experience.  This position requires excellent relationship building, problem solving, customer service and organizational skills.  Must have strong computer skills, especially with MS Excel & Word.  Previous elevator or construction industry is experience a plus.
