Boiler Field Service Maintenance Instrumentation

We need an experienced boiler service technician what wants a career change. No more changing out refractory and running your but off in a truck. This is about finesse work, its about testing safety interlocks, its about us training you to use your brain and not your back. Prefer experience in packaged boilers. However, if you have knowledge of field erected and larger units including instrumentation it's a plus.

Want to be the expert? Want to save lives? Ready for a challenge? We need a very special person that has been around a while. We are the worlds largest fuel and combustion system testing and inspection company. Our firm inspects and tests nearly 1000 fuel trains annually. We have a system and proprietary checklists that we have developed that screen for more than 200 defects. Our staff serves on 3 national safety code committees.

You must have had at least 5 years of boiler service, maintenance,  and or instrument service. If you've operated boilers somewhere that's also a plus. Other skills like reading ladder logic diagrams and or being able to do PLC programming are a plus. We will train the right candidate. Our work is for large multinational corporate clients. This job has considerable travel. Much of the work is in the greater Detroit area. There are very few weekends. We would prefer you live within 30 to 40 miles of a major airport. This work requires that you be independent and a self starter. In most cases you will leave from your home and return to your home from job sites.

We prefer a northeast Ohio based candidate but will consider those from other locations as well. We do have several staff who work out of their homes in other states. We will relocate the right person.
