The El Paso, TX location is currently seeking an experienced, motivated, goal oriented Branch Manager who will be responsible for the leadership, oversight, financial success and profitability of the branch.  Select duties include the direct supervision of 4 employees and the indirect leadership of approximately 27 field technicians; working closely with Sales to build the New Construction, Modernization and Service customer base; visiting customers and job sites to ensure a quality commitment to customer service and all safety protocols; preparing and monitoring annual budgets, operational goal setting and accountability, and performance management.



A high school diploma or GED is required; a related college degree is strongly preferred.  Requires 5 years related experience in the elevator or compatible industry.  Successful operational leadership experience a plus.  Professional experience should demonstrate a track record of successfully meeting and exceeding performance expectations, a dedication to self-development and a high level of initiative and drive.  Must have excellent communication, leadership, customer service, and computer skills.  Strong mechanical reasoning, project management, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
