Branch Manager - HVAC/R Wholesale

A recognized leader in the sales and distribution of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating equipment, parts and supplies currently seeks an experienced Branch Manager to manage local service center.  Managing, developing and growing the branch, its revenues, profitability and staff is the job of our Branch Managers.

 

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of Customer care

• Ensuring timely and error-free Order Fulfillment

• Monitoring and improving quality of service, customer solutions and product match

• Developing and maintaining branch team productivity, safety and morale

• Recruiting, hiring, training and managing staff

• Keeping the branch profitable – full P&L responsibility

• Maintaining the integrity of branch inventory

 

Required:

• HVAC industry experience, including knowledge of parts, equipment and systems

• Experience with inventory control, warehouse supervision and distributor sales

• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

• Superb customer service and communications skills

• High School Diploma / GED / College Degree
