What will be your focus areas?




1.  Existing Customer Base:  Public Schools

 

Focus:  Account Management and Cross Selling.  Keep the company “Top of Mind” for existing customers.  Cross sell the company by educating these customers on the entire product line.  Contacts to include extensive phone, email, mailings, personal visit, luncheons, trade shows, and various social events.

 

Quality contacts through all levels in a public school district including:Superintendents of Buildings and GroundsAssistant Superintendent of BusinessAthletic DirectorsPrincipalsTheater DirectorsCafeteria DirectorsHead Custodians

 

 

2.  Prospect Customer Base:Private Schools – Facilities, Headmaster, Business OfficialColleges/Universities – Facilities, PurchasingHospitals – Engineering, PurchasingBusinesses – Facilities, Management




Focus:  Develop and implement a plan to introduce the company to this prospect customer base.  Get the necessary “7 touches” to provide a quotation.  Build the reputation of the company. Cold calling to get in the door, presentations to educate the prospect, killer follow up.  Continuous contact using phone, email, mailings, personal visit, luncheons, trade shows, social events.
