And we welcome anyone who shares our commitment to ingenuity and excellence.EOE/AA EmployerJohnson Controls, a $32 billion leader in global end-to-end corporate real estate and facilities management solutions, unifies real estate management for its corporate clients with single-source, transaction management, integrated design, construction, facility management, and information management solutions to optimize cost savings.  This position is based in our Bellevue office and will be responsible for coordinating corporate furniture, fixtures and equipment aspects of project management assignments within the JCI/Client Alliance.  This includes the creation and implementation of FF&E orders for retail and coordination with both project team and vendors for a national Fortune 500 corporate client for retail and corporate projects.  The FF&E Coordinator will report directly to the Senior FF&E Manager. Responsibilities: Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: ·  Supplier Management·  High Volume Furniture fixture and equipment data entry, i.e. Purchase orders, Change orders and Goods receipt.·  Obtain necessary approvals from the client for all spend over allocated budget(s).·  Invoice reconciliation·  General admisinstrative support·  Receive directional guidance from FF&E manager and a team of project managers.·  Foster long term supplier relationshis that promote best practices.  ·  Other duties as requested / assigned.Previous purchasing expierence required. Able to read design plans.Previous expierence with heavy volumes of data entry. Ability to work within multiple systems simultanaeously. Excellent verbal and written communication, Self starter, able to work independantly. Consistant on time performace in meeting project deadlines
