CONSTRUCTION MANAGERDMJM H&N (An AECOM Company), #1 on Engineering News Record's list of to 100 "Pure" Designers seeks a motivated, skilled individual due to our continued growth. We are currently seeking a Construction Manager for our Oxnard, CA site.Applicants to this position should live in or be able to commute to Oxnard, CAJOB SUMMARYPlans, administers and directs the construction phase. Develops procedures for monitoring the progression of the construction phase of construction projects. Meets with project designers and contractors to ensure that procedures are followed. Ensures that contractors are in compliance with project plans and specifications. Monitors quality of work done by contractors and quality of materials used on-site. Evaluates progress of project to determine if time schedules are being met. Ensure project time and cost objectives are met. Certification, registration, or licensing desirable or required if applicable to type of work.QUALIFICATIONS:* Minimum 5 years experience* New school and/or modernization/ renovation/ rehabilitation experience required* K-12 experience preferredDMJM H&N is a client-focused design firm with a proven track record.
