We are seeking candidates for a CPM Scheduler opportunity in our Jacksonville, Florida office.Duties:Reviews project schedules of simple to moderate complexity for construction projects.. Develop new project schedules as needed, utilizing appropriate Scheduling software as directed. Read Project Diaries and Assign CPM Codes to Contractors ActivitiesResearch Claim Data with minimal supervisionCorrelate and Organize Project Documentation DataReview CPM Schedules of simple to moderate complexity for construction projects without assistance.Read and Understand complex Construction Plans and DocumentsPerform simple Claim Analysis as directedIndependently develops new project schedules for moderately complex projects as needed utilizing scheduling software.Researches project documentation relating to claim data with minimal supervision including project correspondence and inspection diaries.We take an organized approach to nurturing and developing your career.
