We'rereally looking for someone with large project exp.--at least $30 MM on a singleproject. Our most challenging projects range from $200MM to $$1.5 Billion sowe're looking for someone who could handle that.

Please email resumes tonick@libertyjobs.com The right candidate must be able to prepare and review conceptual through constructiondocuments estimates on multi-million/billion dollar projects using pastexperience, historical data, and parametric estimating ratios. Must be able toassess risk and adjust prices accordingly; as well as advise our clients onrisk mitigation, value engineering, market trends and otherwise act as our clients’cost advisor. Experience training, mentoring and managing staff is a plus.

Must be able and willing to assistmarketing department in business development activities.

 

Outstanding communication and presentation skills, superior technical expertise in alltypes of estimates, and ability to manage the work flow and profitability ofestimating teams are required for this position.  Bachelor’sdegree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management or CharteredQ.S., minimum of 10 years related experience inlarge institutional projects and a strong knowledge of MS Excel is required.Industry specific certification (CPE, PMP, CCE or similar),current knowledge of the

California and/or claims analysis experiencea plus.
