 Job Scope

 

Create foundation designs for new and repair work, scope of work write-ups, bill of materials take-offs and provide inside technical support as well as onsite inspection and supervision duties.

 

Job Description:

 Work and train with Robert Rowan Jr., an industry leader in research and innovations for dynamic equipment foundations.Create designs for new foundations or repair of existing equipment foundations and follow to completionWrite detailed job Scope of Work and provide material specifications and take-offs to create Bill of MaterialsTravel to site to perform the initial inspection and information gathering to complete the design for repair of existing foundation projectsCreate or approve existing manufacturing drawings for specialty bolting, equipment chocks and sole platesProvide quality control specifications for above specialty products to be used during assemblyTechnical phone support and product recommendation for equipment foundation and industrial concrete repairOnsite inspection during critical points of project and supervision of specialty product installation. Maintain project specific data, manufacturing drawings, and QC specificationsMaintain Library of product application dataAssist in preparing technical input for literature, website and newsletters
