Collections Coordinator

One of the nation’s leading suppliers to the Construction Industry is looking for a Collections Coordinator to join our team.

 

As a Collections Coordinator, you will be responsible for contacting customers with delinquent account balances to secure payment.  You will provide customers with missing documentation as required to obtain payment, notify Regional Credit Manager if customer fails to respond to collection inquiries and record information about financial status of customer and collection efforts.  

The successful candidate would possess knowledge of collection functions, good telephone mannerisms and proficient with Excel and Word.  A high school diploma with some college level business courses preferred.  Collection and/or customer service experience required.
