Commercial Drywall Estimator/Project Manager

Experienced Estimator/Project Manager for Commercial Drywall Contractor  Requirement of 5-10+ years experience in the Commercial drywall, metal framing, stucco & E.I.F.S. market.Candidate  must have a strong working knowledge of Quick Bid and On-Screen Takeoff software  programs.  Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications to provide accurate estimates from drawing to proposal bid form for a variety of commercial projects including but not limited to; Office Buildings, Multi story Condo's, Schools, Shopping Centers and Hospitals.Must be able to establish and develop relationships with both new and existing customers and partner with Architects and Engineers.  Must be a team player with a high degree of integrity who works well with others and is willing to support company goals and objectives relating to quality and customer service needs.
