Commercial Flooring Project Manager

Commercial Flooring Contractor is looking for experienced Project manager for Tile and Terrazzo Divisions.Individual will be industry experienced with the installation methods used to install all types of hard tile: (Quarry, ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone) Contractor is mainly focused on the installation of Terrazzo flooring systems.  Experience with this type of application is definitely key.  Must be comfortable working with General contractors, project managers, superintendents, reading plans, scheduling labor, producing punch list, completing change orders, and overseeing entire scope of projects.  2-5 Years experience is needed to be considered for this position.  Employer will conduct background check, driving record check, and reference check.
