Commerical Electrical Estimator

A well established, growing Electrical & Mechanical company seeks an experienced Commercial Electrical Estimator for the Monroe/Charlotte, North Carolina area. 

Candidate must have knowledge of structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical concepts with ability to analyze and develop cost estimates. Must be capable of analyzing job specifications and plans to determine labor, time, equipment and material cost requirements.  Must have the ability to take drawings and specifications and develop accurate and detailed documents and should be able to provide ongoing review and clarification of project estimates.   Electrical Engineer is preferred but not required.  Stong computer proficiency, with ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
