Construction Estimator/Project Manager

Our client is a nationally respected union construction company located in Northern California, is searching for an experienced chief estimator and or Project Manager who has previous experience working on 20-60 million dollar water wastewater treatment facilities.

 

-The PM is a primary rep of the company on each project and is fully responsible for each phase of the projects operation and completion. He/she provides the overall leadership required and performs in a professional and effective manor.

 

-The Estimator will be fully in charge of estimates; must be well versed in these types of projects to lead the charge; this person will ideally go out in the field and run the projects once they’ve won the bid.

 

Someone with a background in both estimating and project management experience is ideal however will consider hiring two top people depending on skill set.

 

 

Requirements:

- 10-20 years experience in water/waste water treatment plant construction

- Experience bidding on 20+ million dollar projects

- Public work experience

- Could be chief estimating position depending on experience

- Strong computer skills i.e. Excel, expedition pm software, SureTrak, (Quick Pen, and AutoCad a plus).

- Would prefer  CE or ME degree but other degrees are ok with right experience

 

 

Compensation:

- D.O.E salary, A+ bonus structure very performance based company.

- Vehicle

- Gas Card

- Private use of vehicle

- No cap on bonus

- No guarantee on bonus BUT….
